Wiskunde is een verplicht vak in Nederland en is essentieel voor analytisch denken. Blinde leerlingen hebben echter veel moeite met dit vak. De grafische informatie en de abstractie maakt de lesstof slecht toegankelijk en zeer lastig te begrijpen voor deze leerlingen.
Visio ontwikkelt daarom een app waarin een grafiek zowel auditief als tactiel weergegeven kan worden om wiskunde begrijpelijker en leuker te maken.

Mathematics is a compulsory subject in the Netherlands and is essential for analytical thinking. Blind students, however, have much trouble with mathematics. The graphics and the abstraction makes the curriculum difficult to access and very difficult to understand for these students.
Visio is developing an app in which a graph can be displayed in both auditory and tactile to make math understandable and enjoyable.
