De heer Nguyen Linh in gebed bij het wierookvat. Hij is interviewer bij het interviewproject met de voormalige Vietnamese bootvluchtelingen in Nederland.
De jaarlijkse Vietnamese bootvluchtelingen dag waarbij bijna halfmiljoen mensen worden herdacht die omgekomen zijn bij hun vlucht uit Vietnam. Een herdenking met zowel katholieke als boeddhistische vertegenwoordigers. De herdenking vindt plaats bij het Vietnamese herdenkingsmonument bij de boeddhistische tempel Van Hanh Pagode in Almere.

The annual Vietnamese Boat Refugee Day commemorating nearly half a million people who died while fleeing Vietnam. A commemoration with both Catholic and Buddhist representatives. The commemoration will take place at the Vietnamese memorial monument at the Buddhist temple Van Hanh Pagode in Almere.
